Refund policy.
Effective July 7, 2026. The policy is simple: if the product isn't working out early on, you get your money back, and a person will review the request in case the problem is something we can just fix.
- Personal plans (Defendrix Home and Pro): 30 days, money back, no hoops.
- Business plans (Defendrix Business and Enterprise): 14 days.
- AxiomCAD follows the same pattern at launch: 30 days for Maker and Pro, 14 for Studio.
How to ask
Use the refund request form with the address you bought with and only the last four characters of your license key, and say what went wrong (or just that it wasn't for you; that counts). Refunds go back to the original payment method, and Stripe or PayPal usually post it within 5 to 10 business days.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal bills before you meant to cancel, contact us through the refund request form within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. Cancel through your payment provider when available. The license remains valid through the paid period.
The exceptions
Keys revoked for abuse (reselling, sharing publicly, tampering with licensing) are not refundable. Outside the windows above, refunds are at our discretion, but send a request anyway; if something on our side broke your ability to use the product, we will make it right regardless of the calendar.
