Who we are

RavenSoftworks LLC, a United States software company. We make Defendrix AV and AxiomCAD. "We" and "us" in this page means RavenSoftworks LLC; "you" means the person or organization using the site or the software.

Accounts

Accounts are keyed to a verified email address and protected by a password. Use a unique password and protect the inbox you register with, since verification, security notices, and account recovery go there. Keep your account email current because license keys and renewal notices are also delivered to that address.

Waitlists and launch pricing

Joining a waitlist is free and commits you to nothing. Founding-member discounts promised to waitlist members will be honored at launch. Prices shown before launch are our intended prices; if one changes before you actually pay, the price at checkout is the one that counts.

Licenses and subscriptions

Products are licensed, not sold. A license key activates up to the number of devices or seats your plan includes, and the license server enforces that count. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; when you cancel, your license keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. The dashboard can release an eligible customer-managed, non-admin device seat after a fresh password check so another device can use that license capacity. Protected Owner or administrator seats are not dashboard-release eligible.

Permanent device-seat deletion is a separate authenticated action inside Defendrix. It is irreversible for that license and hardware binding and is not a routine seat release.

Don't resell, share, or publish license keys, and don't tamper with or work around the licensing. We can revoke keys that are being abused, and refunds for revoked keys are covered by the refund policy.

Acceptable use

Use the site and products lawfully. Don't attack, overload, or probe the site, the license server, or other customers' data. Security research on our own systems is welcome through the process on the security page; that page is the authorization boundary.

The honest fine print

No warranty. The site and products are provided as-is. We work hard on quality, and Defendrix is built by people who take security seriously, but no security product catches every threat and no software is defect-free. Don't treat Defendrix as a substitute for backups or sane security practices.

Liability cap. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the site or products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Ending things

You can stop using the site and cancel subscriptions at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for breaking these terms, and we will say why. Sections that by their nature should survive (licenses already paid for, liability limits, disputes) survive termination.

Disputes and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If we change the terms in a way that matters, we will note it in the changelog and, for paying customers, email you. Continuing to use the products after a change means you accept it.
